Otto Zitko

On the occasion of the exhibition Soleil noir. Depression and Society the Austrian painter
Otto Zitko (born in Linz in 1959, lives and works in Vienna) completed a wall painting in the Ring Gallery of the Künstlerhaus in the summer of 2006.

The work was originally planned to run as long as the exhibition. Because of the great success with the visitors, the period has been repeatedly extended. However, at the end of 2008 the work has been removed.

Otto Zitko Edition Together with the exhibtion Otto Zitko developed a special edition litograph with a run of 50 copies exclusively for the members of the Salzburger Kunstverein.

Otto Zitko Monograph In cooperation with the Leipzig Gallery of Contemporary Art and Ingeburg Wurzer, the Salzburger Kunstverein published a monograph on Otto Zitko, which can be purchased in our our shop or online.
