She Who Doesn’t Teeter on the Brink of Disaster brings together a selection of artists’ films that deploy seven female gazes and perspectives. Desires, modes of resistance, an inventory of gestures, the urgent search of exuberant mysteries, cultural rituals invocating the dead, tropical values at the intersection of an economical and resources crisis, a journey through the depth of the female body, and the fall of long-gone utopias go hand in hand in this program, establishing a new order between signifier and signified.
