The philosopher and author Bernd Scherer has been Director of the renowned Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin, since 2006. He has been teaching at the Institut für Europäische Ethnologie der Humboldt Universität Berlin as honoray professor since 2011.

A Cooperation of the university course Curating in the Performing Arts, Salzburg University, with the Salzburger Kunstverein and the Salzburg International Summer Academy.
