The Künstlerhaus presents itself
Artists and initiatives in the Salzburg Künstlerhaus

A series of week-long exhibitions at the Exhibition Cabinet presents artists and initiatives at the Künstlerhaus from February 26 to June 23, 2002.

Nineteen artists and artist s groups are working in the studios of the Künstlerhaus. The two studios maintained by the City and Regional Government of Salzburg are made available to artists-in-residence. Three initiative groups were added in 2001: Initiative Architektur, Kulturverein gold extra and ARTgenossen Association for Conveying Culture, all of which work at the Künstlerhaus, thus helping to promote interaction among groups and artists and expansion of the program of offerings. Nearly all of the artists and initiatives currently working at the Künstlerhaus have agreed to present their work during one-week exhibitions in the Exhibition Cabinet.
